Job summary

Netflix Philippines Inc. seeks a 2nd P2P supervisor to strengthen coverage across business partner groups. Based in Manila, you will oversee end-to-end Procure-to-Pay operations, reporting to the P2P Manager, with a focus on process improvements, automation, and SOX compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in P2P/accounting, 3+ years of people management, and strong collaboration skills to partner with technical teams and regional/functional leaders.

Qualifications

• Background in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of relevant functional experience.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end P2P operations, including transaction processing and month-end close.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; drive performance improvements.
• Act as escalation point for operational issues within the business area.
• Coordinate with BP stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness across processes.
• Develop and execute automation initiatives to improve efficiency.
