Job summary

A shared services corporation is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Financial Supervisor in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5-7 years of finance operations experience, specializing in Procure to Pay. • Hands-on experience with P2P System with Oracle Fusion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for escalations and maintain vendor/internal relationships.
• Prepare performance reports and analyze metrics for stakeholders.
• Distribute work and manage HR tasks, motivating the team.
• Implement enhancements to streamline and automate the P2P cycle.
• Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.

Job Requirements

• With at least 1-2 years of experience in people management. With working experience in Shared services or BPO companies.
• With hands on experience P2P System with oracle fusion is a plus
