Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Senior Oracle DBA to own the stability and performance of core Oracle E-Business Suite and middleware environments. You will lead incident responses and drive RCA within a fast-paced financial services setting.

The role requires 7+ years in Oracle DBAs, experience with RAC/AlwaysOn, OEM/Spotlight/Grafana, and a willingness to work on a 24/7 schedule including on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA or Oracle Apps DBA, preferably in large environments.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Databases (19c / 23ai), patching, cloning, RMAN backups, and performance tuning.
• Solid administration of Oracle Middleware and WebLogic 12c, not development work.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 global support with on-site and remote coverage to sustain worldwide DB environments.
• Represent the DBA team during major incidents and lead root-cause analysis.
• Deliver operations support for database incidents, changes, and outages.
