Job summary

Emapta Philippines is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support cash application, collections, and AR analysis within international finance operations. The role emphasizes Oracle AR proficiency, strong Excel skills, and collaboration with internal teams in a hybrid Makati environment.

You will manage collections, record payments, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable experience.
• Proven experience using Oracle software for AR and related accounting processes.
• Working knowledge of billing, cash application, account reconciliation, collections, and AR reporting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• College coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection activities and follow up on overdue balances.
• Record and allocate incoming customer payments accurately within the appropriate accounts.
• Investigate and resolve short payments, deductions, chargebacks, and other account discrepancies.
• Analyze receivables data and provide relevant financial information to internal teams.
• Review customer deductions and ensure related transactions are documented and processed correctly.
• Prepare debit and credit adjustments within required processing timelines.
• Maintain accurate tracking of customer programs, rebates, allowances, and related account activity.
