Job summary

General Motors Philippines is seeking a GDM Team Leader to lead a team of analysts delivering HR operational support across North America and Latin America. The role blends people leadership with Workday data management, benefits administration, and HR reporting.

You will provide day-to-day direction, coach analysts, review complex transactions, and ensure compliance with SLAs, while partnering with COEs, HR Partners, and PSC Operations to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR data management teams in a global environment.
• Deep expertise in Workday data management, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
• Strong coaching, escalation management, and process governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and prioritization for GDM Analysts across Workday, Benefits, and HR Reporting.
• Monitor queues, SLA adherence, and quality to meet targets.
• Coach analysts, conduct one-on-ones, and support onboarding and upskilling.
• Review performance dashboards and identify gaps for improvement.
• Partner with COEs and HR Partners to ensure service quality.
