Job summary

General Motors is seeking a Analytics/Reporting professional in Manila to support the North America Sales Operations team. The role focuses on developing, implementing and maintaining tools and dashboards to grow market share across regions.

You’ll build training materials and provide ongoing reporting to empower teams globally. The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and 3+ years delivering process improvements with BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in process transformation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Databricks and KNIME.
• Experience applying Lean, Design Thinking or similar methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with solid business acumen.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum; end-to-end testing experience is a plus.
• Experience creating training materials and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class support for the GMSales Reporting function, including user access management and daily monitoring.
• Support communication to business users and develop training materials for a global audience.
• Develop standardized reporting tools and dashboards to enhance customer experience.
• Design and maintain reusable test cases and test plans; provide validation evidence for testing.
• Update and maintain operations processes, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate globally with partners across functions to understand business processes.

Work Arrangement

This role is categorized as hybrid on night shift. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Philippines office when there are meaningful engagements such as trainings, townhalls and executive visits

The Global Ops Coe in Manila is a developing team about world class delivery, customer support, driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes, and technology across the enterprise under GM Sales Services and Marketing (SSM) function.

Buick and GMC are global brands for GeneralMotors andstrive to provide ourcustomerswith world-class product and experience.As part of this organization, we are looking for someone to support our North American Sales Operations Team with various projects including the development, creation, implementation, and maintenance of tools that will allow us to grow market share.This could include, but not limited to, sales tracking reports, scorecards, contest ranking and reporting, key metric tracking, etc. Ourgoal is to provide our team with the tools necessary to excel in their performance.

What You’ll Do

• Provide world-class support fortheGMSales Reportingfunction, including hyper-care activities and user access management for multiple systems, business partner support,daily monitoring, issue management support,and on-going reporting requirements sustaining multiple regions and functions.
• Support communication to our business users
• Develop and present training materials to a global audience.
• Develop standardized reporting tools and dashboards to enhance customer experience
• Design andmaintainre-usable test cases and test strings to confirm new functionality for current and future testing as well as create comprehensive testplans.
• Provide clear status in reporting during UAT for responsibility, escalation, and execution.
• Prepare validation evidence of test status through screen shots and test case progression.
• Update andmaintainoperations process, deskproceduresand other documentation.
• Collaborate globally and cross-functionally with various partners across different business functions to understand business processes.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• A Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing,ITor related field
• 3+yearsof relevant work experience in process transformation/developing reports and dashboards/consulting.
• Working level knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Databricks and KNIME.
• Demonstrated experienceleveragingOperational Excellence, Lean Management, Design Thinking, or other structured methodologies to implement process improvements
• Detail oriented, with strong business acumen
• Experience with Agile / Scrum framework is preferable.Experience in managing end-to-end test cyclisis preferable.
• Experience in developing training manuals and conducting training is preferable.
• Affinity with technology and/or familiarity with analytics tools and techniques
• Highly motivated and willing to learn and take on new challenges
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python programming languages.
• Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.

IMPORTANT: Must be willing to work on the NIGHT SHIFT, 8pm to 5am PH time, with flexibility to adjust shifts when required.
