Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• 15+ years of experience in Operations with global operating model focus.
• Strong understanding of global resourcing models and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for executive interaction.
• Data-driven decision making and advanced analytical skills.
• Experience working with diverse global teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of risk principles and regulatory compliance in a global context.
• Strong relationship management skills and strategic influence.
• Ability to present to senior management and drive recommendations.
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-initiative programs.
• Familiarity with best practices, tools, and methodologies for collaboration and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations to design and execute a Global Operating Model and a roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Drive workforce distribution analysis to optimize resource utilization and resilience across geographies.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure model effectiveness and guide continuous improvement.
• Lead enhanced workforce management practices, staffing alignment, and multi-site service center operations.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition, finance and operations to ensure seamless workforce decisions.
• Expand workforce management capabilities and deliver data-driven insights for executive decisions.
