Job summary

Bayer is seeking a seasoned E2E O2C Process & Transformation Lead in Manila to define and drive the global O2C transformation strategy. You will lead cross-functional teams, champion AI-enabled solutions, and partner with IT, Finance, and business units to improve Sales, Margin, and Cash Flow.

The role requires 10+ years in process excellence within global organizations, strong change management and agile experience, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years driving process excellence, operational improvement, transformation, or efficiency initiatives within global organizations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes and performance drivers like Sales, Margin, Cash Flow.
• Solid grasp of enterprise apps, data, automation, analytics, and AI; able to bridge business and tech.
• Disruptive, innovative mindset; capable of building compelling business cases and scalable solutions.
• Proven project management, change management and agile experience.
• Collaborative, influential; able to align functions, geographies and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using data and insights; Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft tools.
• Proficient in English

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute the global O2C strategy with O2C leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement of the end-to-end O2C process with insights into inefficiencies and value opportunities.
• Steer automation, analytics, AI, and digital capabilities to enhance O2C performance and customer experience.
• Build partnerships across divisions, IT, and external partners to enable scalable solutions.
• Benchmark and translate industry developments into strategic initiatives for process maturity and innovation.
• Collaborate with regional and country O2C and Finance leaders to ensure alignment and governance.
• Lead UX design and implementation to improve stakeholder satisfaction and adoption.
