Job summary

Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a seasoned executive to own the end-to-end Network & Security tower strategy, architecture governance, and operational performance.

You will provide technical leadership across Palo Alto Firewalls, Arista Switching, and Enterprise Wireless Networks, while managing a global footprint of devices and locations. The role emphasizes incident leadership, service governance, and continuous improvement, including automating remediation and optimizing end-user experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred for senior leadership.
• 18+ years of overall IT Infrastructure experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Network & Security tower strategy, architecture governance, and operational performance.
• Provide technical leadership across Palo Alto Firewalls, Arista Switching, and Enterprise Wireless Networks.
• Manage global network operations across 29 locations with 2,000+ devices and 3,000+ wireless access points.
• Lead incident management, service governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive reliability, security governance, and compliance with ISO 27001, SOC/PCI-DSS.
• Lead and develop a large team of ~70 network and security professionals.
• Engage with OEMs, telecom providers, and vendors to optimize performance.
