Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience focused on Network support, configuration, and implementation.
• 3+ years of experience in ZScaler administration.
• Networking and security architecture and engineering support across local, regional, and global domains.
• Ability to effectively execute multiple IT projects and deadlines with limited supervision.
• Experience in working on Service Now.
• Qualifications-bachelor’s degree or master’s degree.
• Zscaler Certified (e.g., Zscaler Digital Transformation Administrator, Zscaler Digital Transformation Engineer, Zscaler Digital Experience Administrator, Zscaler Certified Professional, Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator)
• Preferred Technical and Professional Certifications: Cloud Security Certifications (e.g., CCSP – Certified Cloud Security Professional)
• Preferred Technical and Professional Certifications: Networking Certifications (e.g., CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associate)

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Zscaler security services (ZIA, ZPA) for secure network access.
• Monitor security incidents and collaborate with network and security teams.
• Oversee a queue of assignments and prioritize tickets to deliver solutions.
• Maintain IdP configurations and AppConnectors.
• Manage ZPA policies and ZIA authentication settings.
• Configure and maintain SSL Inspection and URL/Cloud App policies.
• Maintain hosted PAC files, URL categories, and certificates.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Zscaler platform.
