Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions Manila is seeking an experienced HRBS Operations Lead - Global Mobility to oversee international assignments, relocations, immigration, and tax-related mobility services. The role emphasizes service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across markets.

You will lead a team, partner with centers of excellence and vendors, and drive automation while ensuring data integrity and governance across mobility platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Global Mobility, HR Ops, Shared Services, or related HR functions, with leadership experience.
• Experience with international assignments, relocations, immigration, mobility compliance.
• Knowledge of global mobility policies and assignment types.
• Understanding of immigration, work permits, cross-border regulations.
• Experience leading global/shared services ops, transitions, service expansion, continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder mgmt, communication, and influencing across orgs.
• Experience with mobility tech platforms and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Global Mobility services for international assignments and relocations.
• Monitor operations performance, service levels, customer experience.
• Partner with Global Mobility Centers of Excellence and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation.
• Manage escalations and risks with timely communication.
• Support adoption and deployment of services in new markets.
• Lead readiness, transition, go-live, and hypercare for new services.
• Drive standardization across markets with compliance.
• Monitor controls, audit requirements, business continuity.
• Collaborate with external vendors (immigration, relocation, tax).
• Ensure data quality across mobility systems.
• Lead and develop Supervisors and Specialists; coaching and engagement.
• Build high-performing org with collaboration and customer-centric culture.
