Bayer CropScience Limited in the Philippines seeks an Expert - Cross Border Workforce to lead mobility services globally within HR Operations. You will manage compensation & benefits for international assignments, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive efficiency across CBM processes.

As a subject matter expert, you will train team members, monitor KPIs, handle complex transactions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality service and continuous improvements.

Competenze

• Graduate with HR background or related field
• Experience in Global Mobility is an advantage
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented
• Excellent English communication
• Proficient in SAP, HR systems, and MS Office

Mansioni

• Coordinate compensation & benefits for international assignments
• Prepare salary calculations, cost estimates, per diem, and contracts
• Maintain global assignee data in HR systems
• Perform quality checks and audit team transactions
• Train new team members and act as backup reviewer
• Manage workload allocation and KPI monitoring
• Lead process improvements and share best practices
• Engage stakeholders and provide mobility guidance
• Resolve issues promptly and document incidents
