Job summary

Nestlé Philippines is seeking a GM Executive to oversee end-to-end global mobility services in Manila, ensuring compliance and delivering value across taxes, immigration, payroll, and policy interpretation. You will partner with markets, HR, and finance to optimize expatriate assignments.

The role requires extensive experience in managing complex mobility programs, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to drive improvements while maintaining accuracy in master data and service delivery

Qualifications

• 5+ years coordinating global assignments in a large multinational.
• Experience in client-facing roles within HR or mobility.
• Strong expertise in expatriate compensation, social security, taxation, payroll, and immigration.
• Ability to interact with senior executives and present information clearly.
• Autonomous decision-maker under time pressure with clear perspective.
• Experience handling multiple complex global assignments simultaneously.
• Discretion with sensitive compensation and business information.
• Deliver outstanding service in intercultural environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultancy to internal clients on global mobility aligned to Nestlé policies.
• Oversee IBS services case management and transfer/relocation guidelines.
• Lead case management and drive continuous service improvements.
• Serve as main contact for market stakeholders across HR, rewards, payroll.
• Collaborate with payroll, immigration, relocation providers, and tax services.
• Ensure master data accuracy in SAP and case management tools.
• Guarantee payroll data compliance for expatriates; correct issues promptly.
• Ensure IBS mobility processes comply with internal checklists and guides.
