Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating global assignments in a large multinational (5+ years).
• Proven client-facing and relationship management experience.
• Expertise in expatriate compensation, social security, taxation, payroll and immigration.
• Ability to present to executives and work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on global mobility matters based on Nestlé's policies, cost effectiveness, compliance and satisfaction.
• Oversee IBS services for transfers, compensation packages, and case management.
• Lead case management and service delivery for NCE, drive improvements.
• Act as a key contact for Market HRBP, Total Rewards, Employee services, payroll.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Immigration, relocation services, tax providers; escalate as needed.
• Maintain master data accuracy in SAP and case management tools.
• Ensure payroll data accuracy for expatriates and compliance with internal processes.
