Job summary

Mondelez Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Immigration Team Advisor to coordinate immigration requirements for dedicated markets within the Global Mobility team. You will ensure compliance tracking for foreign hires and work with partners to sponsor permits.

Responsibilities include tracking permit validity, issuing dashboards, reviewing complex cases, and supporting projects to streamline immigration processes while keeping employees' experience in mind.

Qualifications

You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

IMMIGRATION TEAM ADVISOR – JOB DESCRIPTION

This role will coordinate immigration requirements for the specific dedicated markets. Sitting within the Global Mobility team, this role will ensure that the compliance tracking for foreign hires is up to date, working with third-party service partners to comply with individual employees’ immigration requirements for sponsorship of work permit & residency permits.

What you need to know about this position:

• Own the immigration compliance for foreign hires by supporting the Global Mobility Advisors in monitoring the application for work permits of international movers, and keeping up-to-date internal SOPs and processes with other PS stakeholders
• Track the validity of work permits and prompt the employees, line managers, and Global Mobility (if applicable) of upcoming expiring dates, initiate the services of Service Providers for renewals, and ensure the HRIS system is updated
• Issue monthly dashboards, with key highlights
• Support the Global Mobility Advisors with expert immigration knowledge in the review of complex cases. Ensure effective cooperation with our designated immigration service provider and, on a regular basis, share immigration regulatory updates
• Continuous improvement approach - recommendprocesses changes / new ways of working to simplify and streamline processes, keeping in mind the employee’s experience
• Participate in Global Mobility projects, as required
