Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Global Mobility & Benefits Specialist to manage mobility and benefits services across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. The role focuses on end-to-end mobility case management, benefits administration, data accuracy, and timely service delivery.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external providers while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder relationships. Applicants should have at least three years of HR or mobility experience, knowledge of immigration

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of relevant HR, Global Mobility, Remuneration, Benefits, or shared-services experience.
• Knowledge of global mobility practices including immigration, relocation, tax coordination and employee case management.
• Experience in benefits administration and Workday or similar HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage Global Mobility cases from initiation to completion, acting as primary contact for employees and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on mobility frameworks, policies and processes; escalate exceptions as needed.
• Coordinate immigration, relocation and taxation services through external providers and monitor service delivery.
