Mondelēz International in Manila seeks a Global Mobility Advisor to support assignment and relocation processes for a diverse, regional workforce. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Serve as mobility advisor to stakeholders and ensure alignment with policies.
  • Administer assignments, permanent transfers, and localization packages.
  • Advise employees through the process and provide problem-solving support.
  • Be the central point of contact for assignees and stakeholders.
  • Communicate proactively to align expectations across regions.
  • Prepare compensation proposals in line with policy.
  • Conduct due diligence on immigration, tax, and social security with vendors.
  • Coordinate with external vendors on immigration, relocation and tax.
  • Discuss exceptions with senior colleagues and advise on financial impact.
  • Collaborate with Payroll on setup of assignment payroll.
  • Partner with Global Mobility teams on cross-regional moves.
  • Manage ad hoc Global Mobility projects.

As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. You will bring experience and knowledge in:* Your specific process area* Working in a shared service organization* Being a good team player and influencing others* Process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering experience* Communicating effectively, applying interpersonal skills and taking initiative **Global Mobility Job Description** * Serve as mobility advisor/subject matter expert to stakeholders (People Leads, TA Partners, Compensation & Benefits Partners, Line Managers, Work & Life Partners), in alignment with business agendas, Global Mobility policies, standards and procedures and without compromising assignee’s / mover’s experience;* Ensure that the administration of assignment, permanent transfer or localization packages, benefits, and perquisites adhere to Mondelēz’s Global Mobility policies, standards and procedures.* Supported by more senior colleagues, own and manage end-to-end process of an assignment or permanent transfer in partnership with internal stakeholders and external partners;* Advise, counsel and assist employees through the process and apply analytical, problem solving and counseling competencies. Act as central point of contact for employees at every stage of the process as well as internal stakeholders - regional and local People Leads, Compensation & Benefits Partners and Line Management to ensure Mondelēz’s first-class quality standards and timelines are met;* Pro-active communication as well as expectation setting are essential to this role to ensure understanding and commitment of all stakeholders involved in an international move.
