Job summary

Mondelēz International in Manila seeks a Global Mobility Advisor to support assignment and relocation processes for a diverse, regional workforce. You will ensure policy compliance, manage end-to-end mobility cases, and coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver a seamless assignee experience.

You will provide counsel on immigration, tax, and compensation aspects, and drive standardization of processes while maintaining high service levels across the organization.

Responsibilities

Act as central point of contact for employees at every stage of the process as well as internal stakeholders - regional and local People Leads, Compensation & Benefits Partners and Line Management to ensure Mondelēz’s first-class quality standards and timelines are met;* Pro-active communication as well as expectation setting are essential to this role to ensure understanding and commitment of all stakeholders involved in an international move.
