Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila is seeking an Associate - Global Mobility Advisor to own relocation and assignment processes for employees. You will partner with HR and managers to design tailored international relocation packages and coordinate moves from intake to completion.

You will track progress, build executive reports, and ensure data integrity across compensation, payroll, tax, and vendor services, while delivering excellent employee experiences and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in Global Mobility.
  • Strong understanding of international compensation, payroll, tax, expatriate assignments, and relocations/assignments.
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination with senior HR colleagues, managers, and leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver flawless mobility processes and maintain high data integrity.
  • Collaborate with HR and managers to design tailored relocation and expatriate assignment packages aligned with business objectives.
  • Track and monitor moves and provide timely stakeholder updates.
  • Build and maintain executive reporting on move status for stakeholders.
  • Anticipate issues and resolve them before they affect employees.
  • Brief employees on package offerings, programs, and processes including expatriate compensation and payroll.
  • Liaise with external vendors on immigration, destination, and shipment services.
  • Manage relocation and expatriate population cases and respond to ad hoc queries.
  • Partner with Global Mobility Operations to achieve operational excellence.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the global mobility program.

As a key member of our dynamic Global Mobility team in Manila, you will take ownership of the global relocation and assignment processes for our employees. Your mission is to ensure flawless execution of these processes while crafting cohesive, seamless, and personalized experiences for our relocating employees. Role Overview

As a GMA in the Global Mobility team, you will collaborate with HR colleagues to provide expert advisory support and coordination for international relocations and assignment processes. You will deliver flawless basics in all aspects of global mobility, ensuring high-quality standards and data integrity. You will work closely with HR colleagues and managers to design and recommend tailored international relocation and expatriate assignment packages that align with business objectives and meet employees’ unique needs. You will act as a central point of contact to track and monitor the progress of moves, ensuring seamless execution and timely stakeholder updates.

Job responsibilities
  • Deliver flawless basics in all aspects of global mobility, ensuring high-quality standards and data integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with HR colleagues and managers to design and recommend tailored international relocation and expatriate assignment packages, ensuring that solutions are strategically aligned with business objectives and meet the unique needs of our employees.
  • Act as a central point of contact to track and monitor the progress of moves, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain executive reporting on the status of moves, providing clear and timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Anticipate potential issues and proactively solve them before they impact employees.
  • Conduct employee briefings on package offerings, programs, and processes, including domestic relocation and international assignments, covering expatriate compensation, payroll, tax, and vendor services.
  • Liaise with external vendors on immigration, destination, and shipment services, addressing service issues as needed.
  • Manage cases for the existing relocation and expatriate population, handling ad hoc queries.
  • Partner with the Global Mobility Operations team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the global mobility program.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a Global Mobility function.
  • Good understanding of international compensation, payroll, tax, expatriate assignments, and relocations/assignments.
  • Proven ability to effectively engage and collaborate with senior HR colleagues, senior managers, and leaders.
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination skills and experience dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and customer service orientation, with the ability to handle challenging situations.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable, capable of working under pressure and managing high volumes.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to resolve issues promptly. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and caseloads.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite for creating presentations and conducting analysis.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Global Mobility industry certifications are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
