Job summary

ProPharma Group is seeking an experienced Medical Information Manager to lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team delivering clinical information support to multiple clients. The role requires deep knowledge of regulatory guidelines and strong writing skills to generate high-quality medical content.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure adherence to SOPs, and collaborate with client services on new implementations. A healthcare degree and several years in management are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in health care and/or 5+ years as a manager in a contact center or 4+ years in biotech/pharma/clinical settings.
• Knowledge of medical information services and healthcare systems in relevant regions.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry and regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to write and review clinical documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical information service delivery and ensure support meets client SOPs and KPIs.
• Provide verbal and written clinical and technical information to internal/external customers.
• Monitor metrics, QA, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Engage in business development activities with clients and internal teams.
• Support audits and regulatory compliance, and manage staff performance.
