Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical information enquiry handling across clients, ensuring quality and adherence to SOPs.
• Lead, coach and develop teams; manage workload and performance against KPIs.
• Provide verbal and written clinical information about clients’ products to internal/external customers; log adverse events and QA issues.
• Represent Medical Information in client meetings and assist in audits and regulatory activities.
