Job summary

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Philippines seeks a Materials Management Coordinator to maintain global supply chain data systems and support documentation. You will handle vendor accreditation, item master data, POs, and reporting to improve accuracy and productivity.

Required is a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain, plus 3+ years in SCM/data roles. Knowledge of Birchstreet and advanced Excel is preferred; experience in hotel/casino environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of progressively responsible work experience related to the duties.
• Diversified background with exposure to Supply Chain management and strategic sourcing.
• Hotel F&B background is a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, analytical and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and review global supply chain systems accurately and timely.
• Coordinate with business units and suppliers to resolve data issues.
• Assist SCM team in uploading price lists in Birchstreet System.
• Prepare month-end reports and ad hoc analyses as required.
• Ensure compliance with Global Supply Chain Policies and Procedures.
