Job summary

Vertiv Co in Manila is seeking a Global Master Data Management Analyst to maintain data integrity across Customer and Supplier Master Data in Oracle and other systems. You will enter, profile, cleanse, and research data to support multiple business units.

Key duties include assigning reporting attributes, coding customer/supplier attributes, contributing to data audits, and processing new creation requests and ERP modifications. Strong collaboration and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
1-3 years of master data management experience.
Experience in Oracle and/or SAP.
Strong organizational and deadline-driven abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

Maintain data integrity by entering, profiling, cleansing and researching Master Data in Oracle and other systems.
Assign reporting attributes and ensure data accuracy in customer data hierarchies.
Code customer and supplier attributes in the systems.
Contribute to data audits to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Receive and process new customer and vendor creation requests; handle modifications in ERP.
Support all Vertiv business units with master data management.
