Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Global Master Data Management Analyst to maintain data integrity across customer and supplier records in Oracle and other systems. The role supports all Vertiv business units and focuses on data accuracy, audits, and ERP database changes.

A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of data management experience are required. Responsibilities include data profiling, cleansing, and responding to data inquiries from internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organization and experience in master data management.
• Strong teamwork and leadership mentality.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proven proficiency in Oracle and/or SAP.
• Proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ERP interface database maintenance.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to meet multiple deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assign reporting attributes and ensure data integrity in customer data hierarchies.
• Code customer and supplier account attributions in the systems.
• Contribute to data audits for accuracy and reliability.
• Manage and respond to data questions from internal customers.
• Process new customer/vendor creation requests from internal customers.
• Process all modifications for customers/suppliers in the ERP database.
