Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Analyst, Master Data Management, to maintain data integrity and support Customer and Supplier Master Data in Oracle and other systems. You will handle data profiling, cleansing, and attributions to ensure accurate hierarchies and reliable data.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Analyst, Master Data Management, maintain data integrity thru entering, profiling, cleansing, and researching data to support Customer and Supplier Master Data in Oracle and other systems in use. He will Support all business units of Vertiv, Inc. thru:

• Assigning reporting attributes and ensuring data integrity and accuracy in customer data hierarchies
• Coding in customer and supplier account attributions in the systems.
• Contribute to data audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
• Manage and respond to customer and supplier related data questions from internal customers.
• Receive and process new customer and/or vendor creation requests from internal customers.
• Process all modifications requested and supported for customer/suppliers in relevant ERP database.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 Years experience.
• Exceptional organization and experience in master data management.
• Strong Team Effort and Leadership mentality.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proven proficiency in use of Oracle and/or SAP.
• Proven proficiency in use of MS Office Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Applicable knowledge of Database maintenance through ERP Interface
• Highly organized, detail oriented, committed to deliver results, meeting multiple deadlines, and able to work under pressure.
