CITADEL PACIFIC, LTD. - ROHQ is seeking a Marketing Services Manager to partner with country marketing teams and lead a Marketing Shared Services function.

You’ll translate objectives into campaigns, customer journeys, and digital initiatives while ensuring on-time delivery of high‑quality marketing solutions across markets. The role demands 8+ years in marketing, strong campaign and stakeholder management, and experience across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience in campaign planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing multiple marketing initiatives and priorities.
• Familiarity with digital channels, loyalty programs, and customer engagement tools.
• Ability to translate business requirements into campaign briefs and digital solutions.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience across multiple markets or shared services environments is an asset.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, customer loyalty, or consumer-focused industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
• Translate business objectives into campaign strategies, customer journeys, creative briefs, and promotional frameworks.
• Facilitate campaign ideation, planning sessions, and annual marketing calendars.
• Recommend marketing approaches and customer engagement initiatives aligned to business goals.
• Serve as primary liaison between Marketing Shared Services and country marketing teams.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize marketing requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
• Build relationships with leaders, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support digital campaign planning and channel strategy.
• Translate business requirements into digital, CRM, loyalty, and customer engagement solutions.
