Job summary

Agoda is seeking a data-driven Analyst to shape marketing strategies for Flights, analyzing large datasets to uncover growth opportunities across channels. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and partner with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and supply teams to drive performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years in data analytics, strong SQL/Tableau skills, and experience in communicating findings to senior management.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in Data Analyst roles or data-focused projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in BI tools and data warehouses (SQL, Tableau, MS Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set marketing strategy for Flights verticals and drive growth across channels.
• Conduct end-to-end analyses of large datasets to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Develop hypotheses, run experiments, and build analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
