Job summary

White & Case LLP Manila Global Operating Center is seeking an enthusiastic Coordinator, Marketing & BD Operations to support the M&BD team. You will help collect client research, maintain contact databases, and coordinate meetings and events to drive strategic initiatives across our global network.

The role focuses on building practical capabilities through the M&BD Operations Pathway program, with guidance from Specialists and Managers.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English to support cross‑location collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of business development or professional services operations.
• Ability to learn firm procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and client targeting efforts.
• Maintain and update client databases and records of interactions.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for client meetings and events.
• Assist in preparation and tracking of pitches, proposals and capability statements.
• Draft submissions for legal directories and awards with research support.
• Coordinate cross‑team activities to ensure smooth M&BD delivery.
• Track metrics and contribute to regular leadership reports.
