Ivoclar seeks a Market Analyst to drive KPI development, refine internal and external data sources, and support strategic decisions worldwide. You will align Marketing, Sales, country teams, IT, and Finance to analyze global dental market trends and identify growth opportunities.
You will influence product development and strategic planning by delivering actionable insights and maintaining data platforms and reporting tools in a hybrid working environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
- 10+ years of Market Analyst experience, preferably in dental/medical/pharma.
Responsibilities
- Identify evolving market data needs and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead Global Dental Market (GDM) Project development and delivery.
- Improve analysis and reporting processes with advanced tools and automation.
- Analyze global market data (volumes, shares, trends, forecasts) and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Support corporate, product, and regional strategic initiatives with market intelligence.
- Collaborate with external market research partners on data collection and reporting.
- Prepare financial models, opportunity assessments, and in-depth market reports.
- Develop strategic marketing KPIs including gap, SWOT, environmental, and portfolio analyses.
- Monitor competitor activity, benchmarks, M&A, and emerging trends.
- Manage and enhance internal data platforms and reporting tools (mafo, SharePoint Online, SAP Analytics Cloud) and train users.
