Responsibilities

• Identify changing information needs for market data within the Company Group.
• Lead the annual Global Dental Market (GDM) Project for global market data development.
• Improve analysis and reporting processes; automate analyses and reports.
• Participate in strategic corporate, product, or regional projects.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret global market data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Coordinate with external market research institutes and partners.
• Prepare analyses and market reports to support planning and decisions.
• Develop and expand strategic marketing KPIs (gap analyses, SWOT, environment, product portfolio).
• Present results to stakeholders and support implementation.
• Monitor competitor/industry information and trends.
• Update and train on internal knowledge platforms and reporting tools (mafo, SP Online, SAC).
• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership; ensure compliance with safety, personnel, regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Early identification of changing information needs regarding market data within the Company Group and proactive development of appropriate action proposals.
  
• Overall responsibility for the annual GDM Project (Global Dental Market Project) for the development of global market data.
  
• Continuous improvement and optimization of analysis and reporting processes, including the implementation of new analytical tools and methods (e.g., automation of analyses and reports).
  
• Direct involvement in strategic projects (at corporate, product, or regional level) and coordination of the resulting information requirements.
  
• Collection, analysis, and interpretation of global market data (market volumes, market shares, trends, forecasts) based on external market reports and databases, including the derivation of specific recommendations for action.
  
• Coordination and alignment with external market research institutes and other relevant partners.
  
• Preparation of potential analyses, financial models, and comprehensive market reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  
• Development and expansion of strategic marketing KPIs (e.g., gap analyses, SWOT analyses, environmental analyses, product portfolio analyses).Presentation, discussion, and communication of analytical results and global market data to relevant stakeholders, along with active support of their implementation.
  
• Screening and analysis of competitor and industry information, including company benchmarks, M&A activities, and market trends.
  
• Updating, further development, and training related to the internal knowledge platform (mafo platform) and reporting tools (e.g., SharePoint Online, SAP Analytics Cloud).
  
• Responsibility for the professional and disciplinary leadership within the defined area of responsibility.
