Job summary

V2X, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations supporting COSIS, NL and HA/DR requirements. You will provide operational guidance, ensure PWS compliance, and supervise multiple maintenance disciplines across the site.

Ideal candidates have 20+ years in maintenance, 10+ in management, US citizenship, CAC eligibility, and the ability to obtain security clearance. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in a global program.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• Be able to obtain security clearance as required.
• 20+ years of maintenance experience with 10+ years in a management capacity on a BOS/related project.

Responsibilities

• Monitors Maintenance program production schedules and ensures on-time, high-quality mission execution.
• Maintains frequent contact with customers regarding performance and satisfaction.
• Interfaces with customer contract personnel to ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
• Coordinates staffing requirements and technical approach for maintenance areas; secures facilities and infrastructure for off-site operations.
• Ensures subordinates' responsibilities, authorities, and accountability are defined and understood.
• Fosters teamwork and a sound EHS culture within the operating environment.
• Conducts regular reviews relating to operations, budgets, performance, satisfaction, and forecast status.
• Ensures all activities comply with V2X employee relations policies.
• Provides a safe and secure workplace; leads by example in integrity and responsibility.
• Provides reports on life safety, quality, and maintenance issues.
• Performs routine inspections of maintenance activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
