Job summary

V2X, Inc. is seeking a qualified maintenance supervisor for work in the Philippines. The role involves troubleshooting and servicing armament systems, including small arms and towed artillery, and overseeing TOW and MLRS/HIMARS components.

You will supervise billeting staff, manage security tasks, and ensure safety and environmental compliance. Must have at least 5 years of technical experience, a technical certification in armament systems, and strong leadership with English communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in armament systems maintenance.
• Minimum 5 years of work-related technical experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing; able to lead diverse teams.
• Knowledge of TAMMS and armament systems; valid licenses for regional operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees billeting staff and lodging operations for life support areas.
• Directs field and sustainment maintenance of armament and TOW systems.
• Diagnoses repairs, disassembles parts, and replaces components as needed.
• Maintains security, safety, and environmental controls; prepares reports.
• Supervises staff, ensures compliance with procedures and quality standards.
