V2X, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations supporting COSIS, NL and HA/DR requirements. You will provide operational guidance, ensure PWS compliance, and supervise multiple maintenance disciplines across the site.

Ideal candidates have 20+ years in maintenance, 10+ in management, US citizenship, CAC eligibility, and the ability to obtain security clearance. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in a global program.

Under the supervision of the Site Manager III, the Senior Maintenance Manager will manage overall maintenance operations in support of COSIS, Non Laura (NL) and Humanitarian Assistance / Disaster Relief (HA/DR) requirements. The Senior Maintenance Manager provides operational guidance and supervision to ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Support capabilities include Production Control, Maintenance Sections (Wheel, Track, Armament, Heavy Equipment, Engineer & Special Purpose Equipment, HVAC, and Power Generation), Armament, Electronics Maintenance, Allied Trades and Agricultural Cleaning

Responsibilities

• Monitors Maintenance program production schedules and ensures all missions are executed on time and at the highest quality level possible.
• Maintains frequent contact with customers regarding Maintenance performance and overall customer satisfaction.
• Interfaces with customer contract personnel to ensure adherence to all contractual requirements.
• Coordinates staffing requirements and technical approach for maintenance related functional areas. Coordinates efforts to attain facilities and required infrastructure support for all off-site maintenance operations.
• Ensures that the responsibilities, authorities, and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.
• Ensures the operating environment fosters the principles of teamwork and a sound EHS culture.
• Conducts regularly scheduled reviews with assigned personnel and departments in relation to on-going operations, budgets, performance measurements, customer satisfaction, contract compliance and forecast status to determine maintenance area progress toward stated goals, objectives and requirements.
• Ensures that all assigned program activities and operations are carried out in compliance with V2X employee relations policies.
• Provides a safe and secure workplace.
• Sets the example for respect, responsibility and integrity.
• Provides reports on all life safety, quality, and maintenance issues.
• Performs routine inspections of all assigned maintenance activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications: Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Be able to obtain security clearance as required
  • 20 years or more of maintenance experience with 10 years in a management capacity of a similar project/ department/branch related to these functions of a Base Operations Support Services contract.
• Experience:
  • 10 years or more managing maintenance programs.
  • Specific experience in U.S. Army logistics management desirable.
  • 2 years of G-Army system experience preferred
  • 1 year of Maximo experience preferred

• Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Directly responsible for the Maintenance Department and associated functional area; has overall responsibility for related policies and procedures used in the performance of work
• Working Conditions:
  • Must be capable of working in extreme weather conditions with temperatures exceeding 110 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Indoor and/or outdoor environment with very adverse and harsh conditions (i.e., torrential rain, hot, humid environment with average temperatures of 40 degrees in the winter and 110 degrees in the summer months).
  • Includes some industrial production environment conditions as well.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
  • Work may require heavy lifting, stooping, climbing, prolonged standing, prolonged sitting, and working with or in areas where a potential could exist for exposure to physical, chemical, or biological agents.
  • Employee use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required for some situations. PPE includes, but is not limited to, head, foot, torso, respiratory, vision, and hearing protective devices.
  • Must comply with all Fire and Safety Regulations and post policies.
