Job summary

DAI Post Philippines is seeking a Project Manager to join our global PM & BI team. You will coordinate projects across Cebu, Manila, and international locations, guiding initiatives from initiation through release and handover to business as usual.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in logistics or technology. You will work with sponsors, analysts, and operations to deliver structured outcomes and operational improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, logistics, IT, or related fields.
3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in logistics, technology, or PMO environments.
Strong project management, planning, coordination, and organisational skills.
Ability to manage medium-complexity technology and business projects in a governance setting.
Knowledge of waterfall, agile, lean, and hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to close-out and transition to BAU.
Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to align outcomes with priorities.
Support project intake, business case evaluation, risks, and resources.
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID registers, and status reports.
Ensure delivery within scope, quality standards, and governance expectations.
Coordinate release readiness and handover to BAU teams.
Identify opportunities to improve project governance and delivery controls.
