Maersk is seeking a Senior leader to head the Global GSC LLP Pillar, driving transformation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across LLP. You will build a globally aligned organization delivering consistent service while embedding The Maersk Way.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing forecasts, billing, and customer experience, with a strong emphasis on cost optimization, stakeholder management, and delivering results in a matrix, RTO day shift setup.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• Advanced degree or certifications (preferred).
• Strong experience in Lead Logistics processes for the respective area.

Aufgaben

• Own KPI-driven governance across LLP, driving transformation and operational excellence.
• Forecast volumes, manage FTE, and oversee monthly billing and cost control.
• Champion The Maersk Way and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Oversee migrations, adoption of SCP and AI automations, and maintain leadership training.
