You will coach managers, define KPIs, drive measurable business outcomes, and collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Quality to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in global Training/Quality/L&D roles.
• Experience managing managers or multi-disciplinary teams.
• Track record of scalable training programs aligned to business outcomes.
• Expertise in quality assurance frameworks and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Training Managers, a Digital Learning Manager, and a Quality Manager.
• Define resourcing aligned to priorities and advocate for investments.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and learning priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end learning solution design from needs analysis to evaluation.
• Own learning KPIs and governance, reporting ROI to senior stakeholders.
• Govern a robust QA and compliance framework across learning activities.
• Lead evolution toward digital-first delivery via e-learning and microlearning.
• Manage learning tech, suppliers, and content partners globally.
• Champion AI-enabled learning tools and data-driven personalization.
• Stay ahead of learning tech trends and foster experimentation.
• Link learning quality metrics to customer experience outcomes.
