Job summary

Cypher Consulting Europe is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design for a Service Cloud deployment. You will define the technical architecture, validate feasibility, and guide integration with Amazon Connect to ensure a scalable, secure, and maintainable solution aligned with business needs.

Lead the workstream design, mentor developers, review technical designs, identify risks early, and enforce Salesforce best practices, data model, and security.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce architecture experience, preferably with Service Cloud.
• Hands-on design experience with LWC, Apex, Flows and data model design.
• Experience with contact center integrations, e.g., Amazon Connect.
• Knowledge of API patterns, security, and error handling.
• Ability to translate business needs into architecture and implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models.

Job description

We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end solution design for a Salesforce Service Cloud implementation. The role will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, validating solution feasibility, guiding integration design with Amazon Connect, and ensuring the implementation is scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.

Tasks

• Lead the overall Salesforce solution architecture for the Service Cloud workstream, including design principles, integration approach, data model, security model, and deployment considerations.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions using Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flow, and standard Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Own the integration architecture between Salesforce and Amazon Connect, including interaction flows, data exchange patterns, error handling, and operational support considerations.
• Provide technical leadership to Developer Lead, developers, QA, and other project stakeholders throughout design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Review and approve technical designs, integration specifications, solution documents, and key configuration/customization decisions.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, assumptions, and mitigation options early in the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governor limits, security standards, coding standards, and release management practices.
• Support client workshops, solution walkthroughs, design clarifications, and technical decision-making.
• Provide guidance on environment strategy, deployment planning, release governance, and post-production support readiness.

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce architecture experience, preferably with Service Cloud implementations.
• Hands‑on experience designing Salesforce solutions involving LWC, Apex, Flows, data model design, sharing/security, and integrations.
• Experience with contact center or telephony integration, preferably Amazon Connect or similar CTI/contact center platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, API usage, event‑driven architecture, authentication, and error handling.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation‑ready design.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially in client‑facing architecture discussions.
• Experience working in Agile delivery models with cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect track credentials.
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
