Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end operative/administrative activities for International East
• Lead program execution related to logistics, LMS operations and administration
• Provide management and consulting to HR and business partners to identify and prioritize L&D opportunities
• Market, evaluate and communicate impact of initiatives with HR/Business partners
• Support measurement of training effectiveness and KPI interpretation
• Coach and mentor new recruits and provide team leadership as applicable
