Citigroup Business Process Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own product P&L growth strategy, product positioning, and risk management for a diversified portfolio in the Philippines.

You will lead cross-functional work across Operations, Technology, Sales, Compliance and Legal to drive customer experience and partner ecosystem initiatives. The role requires senior-level leadership, global investment allocation, and the ability to align local execution with Citi’s

Qualifications

8-10 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of clients, industry players and ecosystem preferred.
Broad experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, client payment flows and financial analytics.
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
Demonstrated data, analytical and AI dashboarding skills.
Prior product, finance, treasury and/or business experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

Own product P&L growth strategy, product positioning, business management, sales enablement and partnerships.
Lead portfolio management and determine long-term strategy including investment allocation globally.
Oversee product strategy for a portfolio of solutions for local Philippines franchise and Citi clients.
Define customer experience strategy and oversee execution of related initiatives.
Drive cross-functional action across Operations, Technology, Sales, Control Functions, etc.
Lead development and expansion of partnerships and alliances to create turn-key solutions.
Collaborate with regional markets to drive visibility, pricing, and market positioning.
