Job summary

Citi in the Philippines is seeking an Execution and Relationship Manager (ERM) – International East, AVP, based in Taguig. This role focuses on executing operational and administrative activities to deliver the Learning Strategy across the International East clusters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the end-to-end of the operative / administrative activities related to International East Leads program execution activities regarding logistics (virtual/in person), communications, LMS operations and administration (course creation/enrollment/roster management), platform creation/edits, content testing, facilitation/speakers scheduling, vendor engagement, among others.
• Understand relevant business and HR priorities and opportunities for capability building, performance improvement, cultural development, and overall impact within their cluster/product/function
• In partnership with Learning Advisors and Program Managers, provides management and consulting to Human Resource and business partners and proactively identifies and prioritizes the L&D opportunities to support successful business outcomes.
• Helps execute learning and development strategy for their cluster/product/function
• Conducts the analysis of current versus future state gaps, identifies root causes, escalates as needed, determines the appropriate solution and how success should be measured
• Helps to market, evaluate and communicate the impact of initiatives with HR / Business partners
• Monitors and communicates progress with other learning colleagues as well as HR / Business partners and navigates any variation in expectations with them
• Collaborates with colleagues across HR to provide integrated experience for cluster/product/function partners
• In partnership with learning advisors, implements the strategy for consistently measuring the effectiveness of training (interprets KPIs/evaluation data for program optimization)
• In partnership with Learning Advisor, supports complex local regulatory training.
• Provides informal/formal team leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management, as applicable.
• Stays abreast of latest external market trends and anticipates their impact on future capability requirements for their cluster/product/function
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

The Execution and Relationship Management for International East will be under the Implementation Services team. The main focus will be to execute operational & administrative activities necessary to achieve the Learning Strategy across the International East clusters operating according to global standards.

This is a seasoned professional role. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and workflow for the area or function.

Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business.

Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information.

Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.

Significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams.
