Job summary

White & Case LLP in Manila seeks a Learning and Development Advisor to support the development and execution of learning initiatives across the Global Operating Center. You will collaborate with the Center of Expertise and Aligned HR Operations to manage training events and administer them in the Firm’s LMS.

Key duties include serving as a subject matter expert for training administration, building reports and dashboards to monitor capacity, and facilitating upskilling and process improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/L&D administration and LMS management.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work across time zones and in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for training administration and L&D services for the firm.
• Coordinate with COEs and vendors to manage training events.
• Create reports and dashboards to measure capacity and adoption.
• Assist in training new hires and upskilling existing staff.
• Drive process improvements in line with global standards.
• Support stakeholder meetings and triage training-related cases.
