Job summary

Excis Compliance Ltd. is seeking an IT Project Transition Coordinator in the Philippines to support global IT service transition projects.

You will work with the Transition Manager to coordinate activities, monitor milestones, maintain documentation, and ensure smooth transitions from suppliers to Excis. You will collaborate with internal teams, field engineers, third-party suppliers, and client stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT project coordination, IT service transition, IT service delivery, PMO support, or related roles.
• Strong project coordination, documentation, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, end-user computing, networking, and ITIL processes.
• Familiarity with project trackers, RAID logs, status reporting, and milestone monitoring.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT project transition activities from project kick-off through go-live and operational handover.
• Maintain project plans, transition trackers, milestone schedules, and RAID logs.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outstanding action items.
• Coordinate with global IT teams, field engineers, suppliers, and client stakeholders.
• Schedule project meetings, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, dashboards, and transition documentation.
• Support engineer onboarding, including system access, tools, induction, and training.
• Assist with go-live readiness, ticketing systems, user permissions, and operational documentation.
• Monitor post-go-live hypercare activities, track outstanding issues, and support final handover.
