Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager & Delivery Lead to drive governance excellence and delivery of strategic IT transformation programs across APAC. Based in Manila, you will lead a PMO team and coordinate global stakeholders, vendors, and enterprise platforms including CRM and ERP implementations.

You will shape program delivery across multi-region rollouts, continuously improve governance standards, and leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and reporting.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Program Manager & Delivery Lead to drive governance excellence and successfully deliver key transformation initiatives across Hubexo’s global IT landscape.

This role combines two critical functions:

• Leading and strengthening the Manila-based PMO team and project governance framework
• Managing strategic IT transformation programs and enterprise platform rollouts across APAC

You will play a key role in driving initiatives involving CRM platforms such as HubSpot, DealHub, and ChargeBee, as well as ERP implementations including NetSuite and other enterprise transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

PMO Leadership

• Lead the Manila-based PMO team responsible for governance and portfolio oversight across IT projects
• Own and continuously improve project management methodologies, templates, deliverables, and standards
• Ensure consistent ways of working across all programs and projects
• Drive project governance including status tracking, financial oversight, resource planning, and deliverables management
• Lead risk and issue management processes across the portfolio
• Manage PMO tooling including SmartSheet, reporting dashboards, and MS Office templates
• Support project managers in applying best practices and maintaining high delivery standards
• Promote the use of AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes

Delivery Leadership / Project Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT transformation projects
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations
• Drive all project phases including Initiation, Confirmation, Design & Build, Testing, Deployment, and Hypercare
• Collaborate with global business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
• Provide clear and timely reporting to leadership and steering committees

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• 12+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, PMO Lead, or Delivery Lead within enterprise IT environments
• Proven experience managing ERP, CRM, or enterprise platform implementations and rollouts
• Deep understanding of project methodologies, governance frameworks, templates, and delivery standards
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional resources
• Proven experience in managing and delivering multi-region program rollouts across North America and APAC.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership
• Hands-on experience with PMO operations including governance, risk management, issue tracking, and reporting

Nice to Have

• Experience with SmartSheet or similar project management platforms
• Exposure to global or regional transformation programs across APAC
• Familiarity with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience working with platforms such as HubSpot, DealHub, ChargeBee, or NetSuite
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related project management certifications
• Experience utilizing AI tools to improve project delivery efficiency and reporting automation
• Background in SaaS, technology, or digital transformation environments
