Job summary

Henkel is seeking an IT Program Lead – Training & Awareness to drive global initiatives that boost understanding of IT and cybersecurity across markets. You will own campaigns from planning to completion, collaborating with IT, cybersecurity and country stakeholders to deliver practical training.

The role requires coordinating ambassadors, translating complex topics into accessible content, and continuously improving programs based on feedback. Hybrid work in PH time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of IT, technology, project/program management, training, or change management experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating projects, programs, or campaigns from planning to execution.
• Hands-on experience in training, awareness, learning or enablement activities.
• Ability to translate technical topics for technical and non-technical audiences; cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence across countries.
• Open to mid-shift schedule (1:00 pm–10:00 pm PH time) in a hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Lead global IT training and awareness initiatives with planning, implementation and ongoing improvement.
• Analyze campaign results and KPIs to identify gaps and drive actions.
• Coordinate country stakeholders and ambassadors to ensure implementation across markets.
• Plan and deliver engaging training translating IT and cybersecurity topics for diverse audiences.
• Manage complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
• Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity and business SMEs to keep content accurate.
• Measure program effectiveness using KPIs to improve outcomes.
