Job summary

IT by Design Philippines Inc. is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Delivery team. You will provide frontline technical support to global users, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions.

This role requires night shifts and 100% onsite work at BGC, Taguig, with opportunities to work with international clients. The ideal candidate has 1 year and 9 months of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and

Qualifications

• At least 1 year and 9 months of experience in IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, Technical Support, or a similar role.
• Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving abilities.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work night shift.
• Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC, Taguig.
• ITIL or CompTIA certifications are an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for users needing IT assistance via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related issues.
• Provide technical support to users across different locations and time zones.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
• Escalate issues that require advanced technical assistance.
• Follow established processes and meet service level expectations.
• Deliver professional and customer-focused support throughout interactions.
