Job summary

Command|Link is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our globally distributed team. You will support employees across IT, from helpdesk tickets to device setup and administration, while aligning working hours with U.S. time zones to collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities include configuring laptops, managing Intune, monitoring Pulseway, and solving cross-platform IT issues. You will document processes and collaborate with teams worldwide for IT standardization.

Qualifications

3+ years in IT support or helpdesk.
Experience with MacOS and Windows environments.
Experience with Microsoft Intune administration.
Experience with Pulseway or similar remote monitoring/management tools.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day IT support across the company.
Set up and configure laptops for new hires with security and readiness in mind.
Manage and support Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
Administer and monitor Pulseway for proactive system management and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across MacOS and Windows environments.
Resolve software, hardware, and network issues quickly and efficiently.
Document issues, resolutions, and best practices to improve support processes.
Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure consistent IT standards and practices.
