Job summary

Insight Enterprises, Inc. seeks a Technical Team Lead to oversee a Manila-based L1‑L2 technician team delivering IT incidents for a portfolio of Managed Service Clients.

This hands‑on leadership role blends technical work with people management to ensure high‑quality, timely service. You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, drive SLA attainment, and mentor the team while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four‑year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years experience managing technology including new technology deployment, experience in full IT life cycle and other IT projects related to infrastructure
• Polished and disciplined communicator, both written and oral, comfortable with external clients and vendors
• Managed Service experience required
• Strong technical background in compute/server and network infrastructure
• Technical Certifications desirable
• Some management or leadership experience preferred
• ITIL Certification highly desirable
• Ability to understand and navigate ITSM platforms
• Ability to understand and navigate Infrastructure Monitoring platforms
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Ability to conduct working sessions and run update meetings with both technical and non‑technical attendees
• Must have proven leadership qualities and skills to motivate team members
• Ability to lead and manage a technical team delivering complex solutions
• Must possess strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee a global Manila-based L1‑L2 technician team handling IT incidents for MSP clients.
• Bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality solutions.
• Manage day‑to‑day delivery of incidents, problems, changes, and requests on behalf of clients.
• Lead root cause analyses and drive continuous service improvement.
• Coordinate planning of multiple IT requests across several clients and teams.
• Coach and mentor team members and provide leadership guidance.
• Lead client update meetings and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
