Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing multiple IT projects, including global initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects across time zones and stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, Office tools, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of PMO methodologies and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT projects involving global teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and organize project documentation including charters, schedules, budgets, and change requests.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
• Establish and implement project communication plans for status updates and milestones.
• Identify, assess, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize disruption.
• Plan and facilitate project meetings with agendas and action items.
