Aurecon in Metro Manila invites an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of internal global technology projects. You will mitigate delivery risk, ensure solutions meet business outcomes, are fit for purpose, future-proofed and ready to support.

The role may cover a single large project or multiple projects and product changes. You will manage dispersed technology teams, engage stakeholders and vendors, apply governance and agile practices, and keep projects on

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an IT Project Manager
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business or related field
• Project Management Qualifications (Prince 2, PMP, Agile)
• 8+ years Project Management experience
• Advanced Project Management Methodologies and tailoring to project specifics
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum
• Strong Stakeholder Management and communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen and vendor/partner negotiation abilities
• Ability to lead dispersed technology teams and manage risks

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of internal global technology projects
• Mitigate delivery risk to ensure business outcomes
• Ensure solutions are fit for purpose and future-proof
• Deliver projects and product changes within structured governance
• Plan and coordinate global resources and virtual teams
• Escalate issues and manage risks across initiatives
• Report progress to stakeholders and Steering Committee
• Manage scope, quality, schedule and budget
