Job summary

Henkel Philippines is offering an internship opportunity in Makati for MIS students to gain hands-on experience in IT service management, Signavio operations, and process analytics. You will work under supervision, with a mentor, on daily tasks and special projects to add value to the organization.

The role requires knowledge of MS Office 365, English communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in Management Information Systems or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office 365 and able to work with process modelling tools.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; able to work independently or in a team.
• Must provide MOA, endorsement letter, and medical certificate from college/university.

Responsibilities

• Support Signavio query management and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist daily Signavio operations, license management, and basic model checks.
• Explore AI functionalities in Signavio (Text-to-Process, Image-to-Process) and propose best practices.
• Contribute to Signavio BI dashboards and report analytics.
• Attend sessions, capture minutes, and suggest process improvements.
• Develop foundational IT service management, application management, and project coordination skills.

What you'll do

• Support Signavio query management by addressing questions and issues received via the Signavio mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate coordination with stakeholders
• Assist in daily Signavio operations, including license management and basic process model checks to support smooth system usage
• Assist in the buildup of AI-related functions of Signavio in GBS byexploring AI functionalities in Signavio like Text-to-Process andImage-to-Process and setting up best practices
• Contribute to Signavio BI Dashboards by proposing updates and helping create additional dashboards for reporting and analytics
• Attend deep-dive sessions and team meetings, capturing meeting minutes, key updates, and suggesting process improvements
• Develop foundational skills in IT service management, application management, project coordination, analytics, and attention to detail, supported by structured onboarding from the supervisor and assigned buddy

What makes you a good fit

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Management Information Systems, or related field
• Knowledge in MS Office 365 software is required; knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Signavio) is an advantage
• Knowledge in Basic IT Foundation, understanding of IT applications, systems, and digital tools; familiarity with IT service and application management concepts
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least four hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
