Job summary

Henkel Philippines is seeking an Intern to gain practical experience in a collaborative, global environment. You will work with industry experts, support teams, and mentors from HR to contribute on real projects from day one.

This hybrid internship in Makati offers exposure to SAP, DORIS, and data tasks, with 300 hours of on‑the‑job training, and opportunities to develop skills in analytics, reporting, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate enrolled in college studying Custom Management, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
• MS Office 365 knowledge required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Must be a team player with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Must provide MOA, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college.
• Able to work hybrid in Ayala Avenue, Makati and complete 300 OJT hours.

Responsibilities

• Update and input raw materials information into the DORIS SAP system.
• Database management and data entry tasks for documentation.
• Upload chemistry-related documentation to the DORIS database for access and tracking.
• Maintain physical-chemical properties within SAP and keep records up to date.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations by consolidating data and insights.

What You´ll Do

• Update and input information regarding raw materials into the Document & Raw Information System (DORIS) SAP
• database
• Upload chemistry-related documentation to the DORIS database for easy access and compliance tracking
• Maintain and manage physical‑chemical properties within the SAP system to ensure up‑to‑date records
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations by consolidating relevant data and insights

What makes you a good fit

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Custom Management, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Knowledge in MS Office 365 software is required; SAP knowledge is highly preferred
• Must be a team player with good skills in time management, analysis, and had great attention to details; Willingness to work with numbers and data, keen to details
• Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on‑the‑job training hours
